Step 1

Make a post in your journal containing your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple to really big. The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real-life things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa could get in touch with you.

Step 2

Surf around your friends list (or friend's friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream for free--do it. You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Step 3

The List

1) Any elongated penny sets, mostly zoos, aquariums, and Seaworld of San Antonio
2) DA Subscription for a year so I don't have to keep paying for 3 months out of cosplay budget money each time
3) Minimee boy body by D.I.M. (Doll In Mind) Dollfie in normal skin color for my custom Demyx head
4) Ride to Otakon 2010 and guaranteed a room there I can afford.
5) Shoulder armor for my Zack cosplay because I fail at pauldron armor. TT_TT
6)Copy of Resident Evil 2 for GameCube in good to excellent condition
7)Copy of Shadow of the Colossus on PS2
8)New or gently used cosplays of the following to help cut time on my hectic life: Reeve Tuesti (FF7oC), AC Cloud, Sephiroth, and/or Team Fortress 2's Red Medic
9) 4ft long accurately marked Orca tail I can wear.
10) Any of these dollfies: DIM's Andrea, Buddy-Doll's Raphael semi-elf ver., or DollZone's Yuu (the one with the example with red eyes)

Little pessimistic about most of them since I'm starting to see myself as a shadow, only brought into light when I'm needed by others for whatever they need me for to fill in and then poof, it's over and I'm back to my little cave waiting for that tiny opportunity to be part of the scene again. Plus I understand most of the things are expensive to obtain, but hey, they're wishes and I'll keep on wishing. Won't let anything put be down from wishing.


Hope this month won't flop for everyone and suck due to things like: Car accidents, family member deceases, lack of money for something live important, lose their jobs, etc.

Edit:
A friend of mine, is in need of help this holiday season. She has no money to get her 3 yr old son any presents and has been in serious financial turmoil in trying to keep food and roof over their heads possible. With the economy horrible to where she has sever difficulty getting a job, I ask everyone to lend a hand and donate a few bucks to her so she and her son can have a Christmas this year. I know we're all hurting for cash, but this is a situation that can't be avoided. So as a fellow artist to the DA community, I ask in the light of Christmas and the holy spirit to all those who walk in his light to help this very small family in need! Go! GO I say! Go and Donate so that she and her son are not out in the cold this Christmas!
